Vanilla Yogurt Dip

Ingredients:

 

  • 1 cup greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1-2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • Pinch of salt (optional) fresh fruit for dippin

 

Instructions:

 

  1. Mix yogurt, protein powder, sweetener, vanilla and salt (if using) 
  2. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness or vanilla if needed.
  4. Serve with fresh fruit.
