Overnight Oats

Ingredients:

 

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)
  • 3/4 cup milk (any type)
  • 1/4 cup greek yogurt (optional)
  • 1-2 tsp sweetener (maple syrup, honey, etc.,

Instructions:

 

  1. Mix oats, protein powder, chia seeds, vanilla, vo and cinnamon in a jar.
  2. Add milk and yogurt; stir well.
  3. Seal and refrigerate overnight (4-8 hours).
  4. In the morning, stir again. add more milk if needed.
  5. Top with fruit, nuts, or nut butter before eating.
